After morning tea on 18th march we went up to the canopy because we are going to play games and to celebrate Saint Patrick’s day. After we walked up to the canopy our principal divided the whole school into five teams and there were 10 people for each team. When everyone was talking the principal rang a bell it was loud of course, everyone became silent as soon she rang the bell we got up and started to walk up to the bottom court. When we arrived we saw a teacher Mrs Kyle and Mrs Kyle was telling us how to play the game the game is called modified netball and netball is just like basketball but netball’s ball is smaller than basketball how we played it was like basketball but we have to pass three times. After we passed three times we had to pass to a little one to shoot the hoop.
When we were having fun we heard a bell ring. What we did was line up and walk up to the next game. When we were going to Mr Carroll game it’s called spoon. How you play the game is you have a spoon and you have to run around a red cones two times and green one two times too. It took me 2 attempts to get it as I was going to get another turn when we heard another bell. When we lined up then started to to walk up to room 2’s game and their game is called sashes it was really fun as me and Daniel were helping them to go faster we got to more then 20 points as we were going great but another bell rang. When the bell rang we lined up again walked up to Room 6’s game the game that room 6’s is the game cricket but no batter only bowler But I did not want to have a turn wanted to give the others to have fun but I was at the back because I wanted to play the next game as we were having fun we heard a bell again.
When we heard the bell we quickly lined up and walked up to the top court and what we are playing is scatter ball. Mr Bell was telling the little ones how to play. While Mr Bell was telling the little ones to play. After Mr Bell was teaching them our opponent finally came as we were doing perfect then the final bell rang. We lined up and went back to the canopy because the principal has a gift for us. It was a surprise but when our principal came she was carrying a box with her it was full of ice blocks. As the principal gave an ice block beach ball for one each.
